Responsibilities

• Participate in project conceptualization, design, and planning
• Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with operational delivery plans
• Build collaborative relationships within FNB and across the FirstRand Group
• Seek feedback and professional development opportunities to enhance performance
• Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions in areas of expertise
• Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements
• Document and implement complex projects that align with business vision and strategy

Qualifications

• Relevant Degree in BSc Information Systems, BSc Engineering, BCom Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, BBusSc, or related fields
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment, with 1-2 years as a Business Analyst II
• Knowledge in solution viability assessment and business case development
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, financial data, and banking information systems
• Advanced skills in Excel and Access; experience with Visio, Firstmap, and report development
